What happens after you call
- 01You describe the symptom and the address.
- 02We book a free roof check, normally within a few days — sooner if water is actively coming in.
- 03Someone gets on the roof, photographs it, and you get the photo set and a written summary.
- 04If there is work to do, it comes back as a line-item estimate. If there is not, the summary says so and nobody calls you again.
Response promise and coverage
Calls are returned the same working day. Roof checks are normally booked within a few days across Joshua, Burleson, Cleburne, Alvarado, Godley, Keene, Crowley, Venus, Rio Vista, Grandview, Briaroaks and Cross Timber, and an active leak moves ahead of the queue.
