How a replacement runs
- 01Free roof check. We get on the roof, photograph the field, the valleys, the penetrations and the edges, and look in the attic where we can.
- 02Line-item estimate. Tear-off, decking, underlayment, shingles, flashing, boots, ridge, disposal and labour, each priced separately, with the system options side by side.
- 03Schedule and prep. Permit pulled, dumpster dropped, landscaping and drive tarped, and you are told the evening before which side we start on.
- 04Install and walk-through. Roof goes on, debris is hauled the same day, magnetic sweep across drive, lawn and street, then we hand over the photographs and the written workmanship warranty.
